The house itself has been lovingly restored with 2 comfortable bedrooms (both with AC), a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with fireplace.
We've kept all the traditional character while adding modern comforts. The location is perfect - you're 15 minutes from beautiful beaches and can easily reach Florence, Pisa, and Siena for day trips.
Our host personally welcomes each guest and shares his local knowledge. We accommodate up to 5 adults plus 1 child.
