BOOKING & PAYMENTS

How can I pay?

Credit card payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Bank transfer available upon request.

Cash accepted, but not for the initial 50% deposit.

When do I need to pay?

50% deposit at booking, remaining 50% + cleaning fee 2 days before arrival.

How does the security deposit work?

€150 security deposit collected at check-in (credit card or cash). Returned immediately after check-out inspection.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days, 50% deposit is retained.

What's included?

Entire house is for guests. WiFi details provided before arrival. Garage is locked (storage), but available for bicycles upon request.

What cleaning is expected?

Professional cleaning included (€45). Guests must: wash dishes, avoid stains/damage, keep garbage reasonable, leave house tidy.

Any seasonal tips?

Summer: Turn on AC 30 minutes before sleeping for best results

Winter: Fireplace available, use with common sense

Windy weather: Close persiane (shutters)

How does breakfast service work?

Typical Tuscan breakfast & coffee at our partner bar. €12.50 per person per night. Available 05:00-11:30.

Which restaurants do you recommend?

We work with all local restaurants. Bistrot 1986 (3 doors away) for typical Tuscan lunch/dinner.

Personal recommendations based on your preferences at check-in.

Can you arrange groceries?

Yes! We can stock groceries, local antipasti and wine before arrival. During stay, service available via local alimentari and Conad superstore in Cecina.

What about wine tastings?

We direct guests to all wineries in Riparbella. Offerings vary by season. Personal recommendations based on your taste preferences.

Is there pickup service?

Yes, taxi for 5 people (24/7):

Cecina station: €45

Pisa airport: €175 Just notify us in advance.

Where can I park?

Free parking 200m by car, 50m walking distance.

What if I lose keys?

Lost keys cost €40 (deducted from deposit).

Where is medical help?

Doctor: Piazza Guglielmo Marconi (at school), Riparbella

Hospital: Via Montanara 52B, Cecina (10-15 min drive)

How's public transport?

Bus stops on the street to Cecina station. Check schedules locally - we don't provide timetables due to possible changes.
